Im FLIEGER FLAB MUSEUM Dübendorf ist die Geschichte der Schweizer Militärfliegerei und Fliegerabwehr zum Greifen nahe! An über 40 Flugzeugen und Helikoptern können Sie sehen, wie schnell sich die Technik vom hölzernen Doppeldecker bis zum Abfangjäger gewandelt hat.

J’y ai passé 90 minutes en regardant tous les avions, mais sans entrer dans le détail des composants (moteurs, armement,…) ni des autres appareils (radars, canons antiaériens,…). Je suppose que pour absolument tout voir ~3h seraient nécessaires. Pour les francophones: les descriptifs principaux sont traduits en français (merci beaucoup!).

Beside the planes collection it has also a sim. center (Mirage III, F18, Boeing 737 and B-747) -- a prior booking is required. You can also book a fly (with or withour acrobatics) in Bucke, PC-6 Porter or Pilatus P-3. For more details, see the museum official website.
