- PPPaYaPAug 19, 20261.0Sehr unfreundliches Personal von heute 19.08.26 um 12:30. Ich wollte mein Pony schneiden und fragte nach einem Termin. Mir wurde gesagt ich hätte eine Wartezeit von 5min. Ich meinte ok dann komme ich in 5min zurück. Nach zirka 4min ging ich zurück und die Mitarbeiterin nahm 3 weitere Kunden an und sagte mir dann sie habe jetzt alle 3 Kunden angenommen und meinte unfreundlich und frech ich kann jetzt noch zusätzlich 30min warten! Diese Antwort kam ohne eine Entschuldigung oder sonst was. Dazu meinte ich dann ok dann komm ich garnicht mehr. Sie lächelte und sagte ok tschüss. So eine unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ein guter Ratschlag von mir wäre es eine Stelle zu suchen wo man kein Kundenkontakt hat!

I told the hairdresser more than once, that sth is wrong with the cut but she denied it. I gave up, paid 70 CHF went home and checked again in the mirror. I wouldn't call this mess a hair cut. Also, she didn't show me the back of my haircut in a mirror. I feel so uncomfortable and have to go to another hairdresser to correct it, which will make it even more expensive. My recommendation: listen to your customers and train your staff better. I'm very disappointed unfortunately.
