Geputzt wurde nicht so toll, denn an meinen Retainern oben wurde nichts geputzt. Ich hab das günstig im Ausland nachholen müssen. Zudem wurde mir 2x ein Röntgenbild aufgeschwatz, dass keinen Grund hatte. Man hats sich kurz angeschut und das war dann auch schon alles. Dafür 200.- mehr zu zahlen, ist schon krass.
Ich suche mir eine andere Praxis. Ich habe nur über meine Erfahrungen gesprochen.

Going to dentist has always been one of the worst experiences, but that changed after meeting Dr Kolakovic. My wisdom tooth had to be removed acutely. Doctors approach was professional and most importantly she was very kind and caring. The whole personnel was nice and smiling. At the end I paid less than expected. Never thought I would say this, but after all it was very pleasant experience.

Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und geht auf individuelle Bedürfnisse ein. Schon beim Empfang wird man herzlich begrüsst, was einem direkt die Nervosität nimmt. Die Zahnärztin nimmt sich Zeit, erklärt alles verständlich und schafft eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Man fühlt sich ernst genommen und bestens aufgehoben. Ein grosses Lob an das gesamte Team für die tolle Arbeit und den respektvollen Umgang.
