Yes, they are a bit disorganized, but, if I give them a few minutes, they come up with the right thing. I only wish there was easier parking at the shopping center, but that's not their fault
- DTD TrupApr 10, 20261.0Ich war nun bereits mehrere Male in der Apotheke Gotthard und hatte jedes Mal eine eher unfreundliche Bedienung durch den Herrn an der Theke. Auf meine Fragen zu bestimmten Produkten wurde kaum eingegangen – er hat die Artikel jeweils direkt eingescannt und an die Kasse gelegt. Das wirkte für mich wenig aufmerksam und nicht besonders kundenorientiert. Schade, denn ich hätte mir in einer Apotheke etwas mehr Beratung und Freundlichkeit gewünscht.

Nach einem Tag wollte ich den für CHF 94.- gekauften Fieberthermometer (ungeöffnete Schachtel, identisch wie beim Kauf) zurückgeben. Ich gab als Grund an, dass das Gerät online bei üblichen Händler ab 37.- erhältlich sei, andere Apotheken diesen für 60-70 anbieten. Ich konnte den Fiebermesser aber nicht zurückgeben und wurde belehrt, dass das der Richtpreis sei und ich ja alles online kaufen könne, auch den "Sirup". Dann könne ich ja "mal luege". Dass ich dieses Gerät bewusst nicht in einem "Billig-Shop" im Internet gekauft habe und gerne bereit war mehr zu bezahlen, hat die Chefin nicht interessiert. Ich hätte da Kulanz erwartet. Werde jedoch in Zukunft für nicht elektronische Geräte eine andere Apotheke wählen und sowieso Gotthard Apotheken im Allgemeinen meiden.
