  Server was very arrogant. My wife asked for a table of 6 and he asked if she knew how to count because not everyone in our group arrived yet. Such a dumb remark. It’s the guy with glasses. The food was ok, good ingredients. Nothing to write home about.

  The service was top notch. Easily the best Italian restaurant we’ve been to in Switzerland. Amazing gluten free pizza and cheesecake as well as everything else on the menu! Ana was a great waitress and made us feel at home the minute we walked in. :)

  We showed up at 6pm and asked for a table. They sat us, and we were originally planning to share the lamb chops main, but there is a CHF10.00 charge to share. My husband ordered the Lamb and I ordered the wild boar ragu. Both meals were delicious but the lamb was truly outstanding. The baked potato and mushrooms that accompanied the lamb took it to the next level. I was jealous of my husband - until he offered to share. The pasta was a large portion. I focused on eating all of the boar and left about half the pasta. We were totally full. We each had a glass of Italian red wine, which was delicious.

  Waited over an hour for one pizza and eventually had to track down our waiter ourselves to ask about it. The pizza was fine, but pretty mediocre for the price and definitely not worth an hour-long wait. Another thing worth knowing before eating here: when we ordered, our waiter told us that sharing a menu item would result in an additional CHF 10 charge. We weren’t charged because we didn’t share, but we found it pretty unreasonable that simply sharing a dish with someone else at your table would cost another 10 francs. Overall, slow and inattentive service, expensive food, and a very average pizza. Plenty of better options in Zermatt.

  I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here made it necessary. I ordered a simple pizza and waited over an hour, watching table after table who arrived long after me get their food. I eventually overheard that my order was never even put in, and my waitress vanished. When I brought up the long wait, the staff made excuses about being busy rather than admitting they forgot the order—and no apology was given. The food itself was fine, though the portions are small. Just beware that the service here can be a serious issue.
