  Je suis cliente depuis 8 ans et malheureusement, c’est toujours la même chose. Pour une simple prise de rendez-vous pour l’entretien de ma voiture, il faut appeler de très nombreuses fois avant d’obtenir quelqu’un au standard. Une fois que l’on y parvient enfin, le service concerné est systématiquement indisponible. On nous assure que le message sera transmis et que l’on sera rappelé… mais ce rappel n’arrive jamais. Au final, c’est au client de relancer encore et encore pour réussir à prendre un simple rendez-vous. C’est extrêmement frustrant, d’autant plus que nous cherchons simplement à faire entretenir notre véhicule chez eux. Après 8 ans de fidélité, je trouve regrettable que cette organisation n’ait toujours pas évolué.

  in 2023 we sold 2 cars (with both sets of winter tires) and bought 1 car in January and he did not tell us that there were summer tires on the new car, so we had to buy another set of new tires since the other Rav4 ties did not fit our new car , although he had told us they would, so we had increasing cost in our budget for these new 4 winter tires. He gave us no extra money for the 2 sets of winter tires for the 2 sold cars. That was really a drag ! I was really deceived... it felt like being lied to and taken for a ride :-( If I could give "0" Star I would... We had terrible service from Fabio C. It was a total disaster. No service after sales, he was just never available, would not pick-up phones, or call back... a disaster in communication. All he wanted was to do a deal. Absolutely no service after sale. We went to another Toyota car dealer in Salgetsch who is Swiss German style, very repectful, very efficient and fast, who cleans our car and does not make a fuss, and we each time get a coffee with a big smile ! What a change from the sad face of the secretary in Sion who we always thought of annoying each time we came to ask for some services... are you a client oriented company or what ?
