  Société incompétente ! Facture des prestations incluses de plusieurs milliers de CHF à des personnes de plus de 85 ans ! Ne savent pas où ils en sont dans leur comptabilité et mettent aux poursuites des personnes du 4eme âge qui ont payé leur dû et ceci par l’intermédiaire d’une société de recouvrement! Inadmissible ! Du jamais vu !

  I received a card in the post offering a special deal - frames and lenses for a new pair of glasses for 60chf. This looked like a very good offer so I rang up and was told that varifocal (progressive) lenses would cost an extra 150chf. At my appointment my vision was tested, then I sat down to choose some new frames. None of the frames looked anything like the stylish ones on the promotional card, but I was steered towards some that I was told fitted me well. Then the shock came. The cost of the frames, plus varifocal lenses with anti-scratch treatment was over 800chf! When I asked why this was so much higher than the one quoted in the offer I was told that this only applied to frames that were in the sale. I was then shown some of these (reluctantly) and was told they did not fit me. It was clear that, rather than being a genuine special offer this had been no more than a lure designed to get customers into a new shop. I am not at all impressed and will never go tho this shop again.
