  Je remercie fortement l’equipe SunStore Nyon car ils sont excellents. Les pharmacien.nes sont professionnels et chaleureux, prêtent attention au détail, et demandent des questions/ y répondent si quelque chose n’est pas clair. Je n’ai jamais eu une expérience désagréable - donc merci beaucoup à cette belle équipe.

  Jennifer est une e xcellente pharmacienne ! Très professionnelle, à l’écoute et toujours de bon conseil. Elle prend vraiment le temps d’expliquer et de recommander les meilleurs produits, surtout pour les bébés. On sent qu’elle a beaucoup d’expérience dans ce domaine. Je recommande vivement pour les jeunes parents ! 👶💊⭐

  Slow and unprofessional, messy service. Having waited in the queue, I got finally to a free counter supposedly being served by an unsmiling, grumpy, middle aged employee. He looked at the prescription, mumbled, pontificated around etc. Finally started the procedure at the cash register. He then interupted to “serve” me and started chatting to the persons at the neighbouring cash registry ( staff and a client). He then very briefly returned to “ his “ cash registry , seemingly intent to deal with my purchase, but this was not the case , as after a few seconds , he turned to a young employee near by and asked her to take his place and deal with my order ( S.i.c.!), saying that she “ would be faster”. He then left! This was a proof of a complete lack of both; client orientation and of professional competence on the part of this middle aged employee, which resulted in a very bad service! This of course did not speed up the treatment of my order. On the contrary, as the young employee had to start from scratch! This incompetent and sloppy treatment of my order resulted in a waste of my time! In this pharmacy they do not know how to spell the word “ service “! This place is to be avoided!
