    They have no incentive to help you as a landlord. Just find random companies for repairs without regard to price

    staff is rude and completely doesn't understand that clients need help when they move to a new country in order to be able to maneuver through there countless forms that have to be written in blue ink otherwise they're sent right back to you. Their hours are all so ridiculous as they close during lunch time, which for a working person makes it almost impossible to go.
