Ich wurde früh am Samstagmorgen sehr freundlich, professionell und effizient betreut. Die Übergabe lief pünktlich, unkompliziert und mit einer wirklich guten Einweisung ins Fahrzeug. Besonders gefreut hat mich das Upgrade auf einen nagelneuen Mercedes Benz GLC. Das gesamte Team war höflich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch die Rückgabe verlief absolut problemlos: Fahrzeug abstellen, Schlüssel einwerfen, fertig. Die automatische E-Mail wegen einer möglichen Verlängerung am Sonntag hat mich überhaupt nicht gestört. Ein kurzer Anruf genügt und alles ist geklärt. Manchmal hilft einfach ein normaler, freundlicher Umgang miteinander – auf beiden Seiten. Für mich war das eine rundum positive Erfahrung. Schneller Service, gute Kommunikation und ein professioneller Ablauf. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort mieten und Danke dem gesamten Team.

I was standing right next to it never happened. Could never get a person on the phone and there was no office to walk into never got a refund horrible experience.

That is all well and fine but immediately after returning the car they began requesting thousand of dollar in damages for a scratch on the tire of the car. They leave their cars in a public parking garage and I saw no such damage to it when I dropped it off nor was offered any assistance in reviewing the car. Anyway wish I would have read these reviews more thoroughly before going with this rental agency, but hopefully this can help others avoid the same BAD decision I made.
