- G_gasem4ick _May 11, 20263.0Guten Abend, ich war früher regelmäßig bei Ihnen und muss leider sagen, dass das alte Team deutlich professioneller und angenehmer war. Die Mitarbeiterinnen haben ihre Arbeit immer sehr gut gemacht und man hat sich als Kunde wohlgefühlt. Seitdem es offenbar einen neuen Chef gibt, hat sich die Atmosphäre leider stark verändert. Besonders ein kleiner, kräftiger Mann mit dunklen Haaren ist mir negativ aufgefallen. Sein Verhalten gegenüber den Kunden wirkte sehr unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Außerdem hatte ich mehrfach das Gefühl, dass er mich ständig beobachtet und mit anderen Mitarbeitern über mich spricht, was sehr unangenehm war. Insgesamt habe ich mich diesmal überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt. Schade, denn früher bin ich immer gerne zu Ihnen gekommen. Ich hoffe, dass Sie dieses Verhalten ernst nehmen und sich darum kümmern.
