Mi ha spiegato nel dettaglio il mio problema e qual'era la soluzione migliore per me. Ricordo che ero titubante per parte dei costi, ma il Dr. Fallscheer si è attivato lui stesso presso la mia cassa malati e ha fatto in modo che si assumesse tutti i costi. Grande sollievo per me. Una grande rassicurazione per me era anche il fatto che il medico era lì sia prima dell'anestesia, sia subito dopo il risveglio. L'operazione è andata benissimo ed il risultato finale è eccellente. Molto più di quello che mi aspettavo. Sono molto grata per questo e per tutta l'attenzione che mi è stata data durante questo percorso.
