Ein charmantes Plätzchen, wo sich der Fluss Cassarate mit dem Luganersee trifft und unter dem Schatten von drei majestätischen Jahrhunderte alten Platanen eine romantische Atmosphäre entsteht. Hier verschmilzt die Geschichte mit dem Leben der Einwohner von Lugano und bietet eine neue kulinarische Interpretation, die die Vergangenheit mit einer frischen und zeitgenössischen Vision feiert, unter Verwendung hochwertiger Zutaten, vorzugsweise von lokalen Lieferanten bezogen. Am Ufer des Cassarate-Flusses stand die Osteria del Porto, die im Laufe der Jahre den Titel "Antica" (Antike) verdient hat. Ihre jahrhundertealte Geschichte reicht bis ins neunzehnte Jahrhundert zurück, als sie ein Anlaufpunkt für Waren von Lastkähnen war. Eine Osteria, ja, aber anders: in Ton, Farben und Zeichen. Ein Menüvorschlag zwischen Innovation und Tradition, bei dem sich der See und die Berge in den Menüs des Küchenchefs Domenico Rezza treffen und vermischen. Wir begleiten die Gerichte mit einer Auswahl an lokalen und italienischen Weinen, die sorgfältig von unserem Serviceteam serviert werden.     Well located lovely outdoors n indoors dining area next to the park by the lakeside. It's romantic ,it's pretty. The food is very good .fish n chips fresh n crispy. Mushroom risotto. Steak n potatoes so beautifully cooked. Clams spaghetti is good . Wine is excellent. The desserts are also with nice touch . 5 star dining Normal swiss prices. Staff are all attentive ...very happy

    L’Antica Osteria del Porto situata sulla foce del Cassarate nasce come Osteria e con il tempo ha acquisito il suo fascino con trasformandosi in Ristorante. Il mood chic con mobilio vintage e piatti innovativi degni da essere serviti dai cortesi camerieri. La tartar di manzo che purtroppo dalla tanta fame non sono riuscito a scattare la foto accompagnata da crostoni di pane e burro mi ha aperto le mie papille gustative con il vero sapore di freschezza della carne e continuando con un piatto light “risotto agli asparagi “ che potete vedere nelle foto mi ha stra lasciato meravigliato del vero sapore del asparago che di solito non riesco a distinguere con per il troppo burro che mettono per mantecare. Lady’s and Gentlemen’s vi auguro solo un meraviglioso viaggio gustativo difronte alla foce !!!! Da Napoli esplorazioni Luigi Barbaraci
