- BZBeatrice ZeidlerFeb 5, 20261.0Um 9:20 Uhr war heute kein Kunde/in anwesend. Zwei Damen standen hinter der Ladentheke unmotiviert da. Auf meine Frage, ob sie Zeit hätten, meine Fransen zu schneiden, schauten sie sich gegenseitig an und meinten, in fünf Minuten. Ok, sagte ich, dann bringe ich meine Einkäufe schnell ins Auto und komme wieder. Da meinten sie, evtl sei halt nachher niemand mehr frei. Das nahm ich in Kauf. Fünf Minuten später war der Laden immer noch leer, also gute Chancen zum Fransen schneiden. Als ich nachfragte, warum ich jetzt fünf Minuten warten musste, erklärte mir die junge Dame, sie zwei dürften eben nicht schneiden und die Kollegin wäre in der Pause gewesen. Aha. Der Laden öffnet um 9:00 und 20 Minuten später haben die bereits Pause? Die dritte Dame schnitt mir dann meine Fransen. Sie trug einen verwaschenen Trainingsanzug und roch stark nach Rauch... Igitt, igitt... Gut ging dieser Service nur zwei Minuten. 13.- hat's gekostet. Finde ich für Stammkunden unerhört. Eigentlich gehört so eine Dienstleistung zum Service. Janu. Ich gehe sonst eh nur, wenn "meine" Frisörin (M) anwesend ist. Dieses Geschäft würde ich auf alle Fälle nicht weiter empfehlen. Hat in Amriswil zum Glück sehr viel Auswahl. 😄
