- DDDaro DominikMar 19, 20261.0Ich wartete zwei Wochen auf den ersten Termin zur Fahrzeugprüfung. Nach der Prüfung stellte sich heraus, dass ein Ersatzteil bestellt werden musste. Mir wurde zugesichert, dass es bestellt und ich benachrichtigt würde, wann ich das Auto vorbeibringen sollte. Daraufhin verging eine Woche. Ende der zweiten Woche hatte ich große Schwierigkeiten, telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen. Man sagte mir, man würde AMAG schicken, um den Verbleib des Ersatzteils zu klären. Die dritte Woche verging ohne einen Anruf. Vier Wochen lang rief ich täglich mindestens zweimal an. Ende der fünften Woche erhielt ich eine E-Mail-Antwort: „Leider gibt es ein Problem mit AMAG. Da unsere neue Adresse noch nicht aktiviert ist, sendet AMAG uns keine Ersatzteile. (Leider weiß ich nicht, wie lange das dauern wird.)“ Sieben Wochen Wartezeit – und das Auto ist immer noch defekt.
