Ihre Bäckerei-Konditorei in Selzach und Bellach
Die Bäckerei-Konditorei Mischler besteht seit 1969 und wird seither als Familienbetrieb geführt. Seit 1974 sind wir an unserem jetzigen Standort in Selzach. Weiter stehen wir Ihnen auch in unserer Filiale in Bellach zur Verfügung. Gegenwärtig beschäftigen wir rund 18 Mitarbeiter.
Regionale Produkte
Wir verwenden, wenn immer möglich, regionale Produkte. Unser Mehl beziehen wir aus der Umgebung, die Eier von Bauern aus der Nähe, auch das Fleisch beziehen wir aus der Region.
Unsere Brote und Backwaren sind reine Naturprodukte.
Solothurner Brot – Backen mit Tradition
Unser Brot stellen wir auf traditionelle Weise mit Vorteig her. Es werden also keine Backhilfsmittel verwendet.
Das beliebte Solothurner Brot zum Beispiel besteht ausschliesslich aus Mehl, Wasser und Hefe.
