Das Team hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen und sich sehr für mich eingesetzt, sodass ich am Ende sogar ein neues Brillengestell erhalten konnte. Ich war beeindruckt von der Hilfsbereitschaft, der Professionalität und der sympathischen Atmosphäre im Geschäft. Man merkt sofort, dass hier der Kunde im Mittelpunkt steht. - DKDieter KettererOct 23, 20185.0Ich habe meine 13te Brille bei Bloch Optik machen lassen. Meine Erfahrungen mit Optiker sind durchzogen und ich gehe meistens skeptisch zum Optiker. Was ich aber hier erlebte lohnt sich es hier zu berichten. Vorweg die Brille war teuer, ich habe dafür eine Wunderbrille auf der Nase. Es ist ein Gefühl von wieder alles sehen ohne Eingewöhnungszeitl, wie neue Augen ! Ich habe sie sogar vergessen abzuziehen als ich ins Bett ging. Für mich ein total neues Gefühl und vollste Zufriedenheit. Toll die 13te die beste !! Vergessen zu sagen der Fachmännische Service.
