  Was recommended to me. Very helpful on the phone. When you get there and want to prepare the paperwork for 1 week later - the lady in the office starts giving you 101 reasons why this/that cannot be done today (there were absolutely no other customers there at this time at 10h in the morning) and gives you every excuse she can find about what's missing in your paperwork. I don't find funny wasting my time + 2 hours of driving to get there. Went to the competition next door - they did what I needed done with the same papers. It costed 20 swiss francs more, but without unnecessary discussions /arguments. Please, train your staff properly. If the Zollprofis could do it, the paperwork was clearly enough. Wasting customer's time is not a way to keep them and definitely not a way to get money.
