Wir sind extra mit der ganzen Familie nach Uzwil gefahren, nachdem wir eine Woche zuvor telefonisch geklärt hatten, dass wir eine Lampe vor Ort anschauen können. Vor Ort wollte der Inhaber uns dann aber nicht wirklich bedienen und schien keine Zeit zu haben. Als ich ihn an das Telefonat erinnerte, wurde mir ins Gesicht gesagt, meine Aussage sei falsch. Anstatt uns zu beraten, wurden wir als Lügner dargestellt. Eine absolute Frechheit und Zeitverschwendung. Wer Wert auf Respekt legt, sollte einen großen Bogen um dieses Geschäft machen.
