Die Psychiatrische Spitex, Atemtherapie und KIangmassage wurde von Regula Spitteler gegründet und unterstützt seitdem Menschen jeden Alters mit alternativen Möglichkeiten, Stress abzubauen, den Körper und Geist in Einklang zu bringen, Traumata zu überwinden und sich selbst neu zu entdecken.
Regula selbst hat über 18 Jahre Erfahrung als diplomierte Pflegefachfrau und darüber hinaus verschiedene spezialisierte Aus- und Weiterbildungen wie MBCT, MSC, MBSR, TRE und Atemtherapie absolviert, um ihre Kenntnisse zu erweitern und zu vertiefen. Aktuell macht sie eine Ausbildung in Somatic Experiencing.
Darüber hinaus ist sie Mitglied in mehreren schweizerischen und europäischen Verbänden, wie dem Atemfachverband Schweiz afs.
