We picked 4 knives, got the free engraving (which we saw in an advertisement) and they were very nice and polite. I had to wait for engraving, and we got to pick the font type too. Yes, expensive but a perfect gift for both ladies and men! Everyone needs a knife with scissors! Highly recommended place. The two staff were polite, funny, and felt like they actually cared about helping you. Glad they had the advertisement in our hotel magazine and glad we stopped.

Out of all the shops lining old town Lucerne, this family owned shop had tremendous customer service and helped us decide on gifts for our entire family. Helen was wonderful and we are so happy with our purchases. Thank you again!

She recognize that we were Canadians and jokingly said I’ll give you 10%.
