- PMPeter MccreadySep 22, 20265.0Had the easiest car rental pickup ever! The staff was so lovely and explained everything perfectly, which really made my day compared to other experiences. Huge shoutout to SIXT for such a great service, I'm a very happy customer. #CarRental #CustomerService #Travel #SIXT 🚗✨😊
- DDDavidSep 11, 20261.0Beware of SIXT and EXPEDIA!!!! I rented a car from SIXT in Lucerne through EXPEDIA on line and paid on my debit card the total amount plus insurance ⭐☆☆☆☆"Turned away at the counter and refused a refund. I prepaid for a rental here via Expedia. When I arrived, the counter staff refused my driver's license and denied the rental. They promised a refund in 3–5 days, but they failed to log it correctly. Expedia has refunded my trip insurance, but because SIXT hasn't updated the counter rejection log, Expedia is withholding my rental payment. Total runaround from customer service. Please have a manager contact me to send the 'Stornorechnung' (Cancellation Invoice) to my email so I can get my money back." STILL WAITING SINCE AUGUST 14th!!!!

- SMSteven M.Aug 24, 20263.0Reserved a toddler car seat with the car for a week driving through Austria and Italy. I only found out at the counter, on the morning of pickup, that they'd run out of the toddler seat a week earlier - a week in which nobody thought to tell the customer who had one booked. My options there and then were an infant seat or waiting hours for a proper one, with a travel day already planned. It's a booked item, and that's not a position to put a customer in. The rest of the rental went through fine, which is why it isn't one star.
