  Fijne locatie voor een doorreis. Met kinderen heel handig dat er een ruime speeltuin recht voor het hotel is. Ontbijt werd goed aangevuld en was prima. Kamers zijn erg warm, eigenlijk te warm. Staat wel een ventilator op de kamer en het raam kan open met een hor. Qua licht wil je echter ook het rolluik dicht en dan lucht het niet veel meer. Op de terugweg was er nergens in het hotel warm water, dit is wel schappelijk vergoed.

  The room description on Trip.com stated that air conditioning was available. However, there was no air conditioning in the room. The hotel information should accurately reflect the actual amenities provided.

  On paper the hotel seemed fine and for the price, you can't argue. However there are little things that just added up. It's located a highway rest stop so there is NO ACCESS to public transport. We had cars luckily. But another family did not and they either had to walk 20 min to a bus stop or call a taxi. There is no AC. They provide fans and you can open a window. But then you smell the very nearby farmland and our window had no mesh which meant bugs were flying in. We had two rooms for the fam. One room smelt of mold or sewage? Which they didn't take seriously but did try to accomodate a different room. Floors were not vacuumed. Shower not draining. For baby they provided a pack and play but no mattress they used a comforter that was folded to fit. Which is a huge safety hazard for baby. And they only ever had one person working at night doing everything and sometimes during the day so the desk was 50% empty. Something about the customer service and lack of care to fix small issues just didn't seem right to us. And it could be that culturally, customer service is different and that's okay. We had breakfast everyday same time for 3 days? and only one day they had someone designated to clean the breakfast area which is a bit icky. If you have your own car the location is amazing, everything else is your own risk. Otherwise I don't recommend.

  Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de estrada com saída para vários lugares. Hotel cercado por lindas montanhas e ao lado do Burguer King, supermercado e posto de gasolina. Atendimento excelente. Café da manhã ótimo, faltou apenas suco de laranja feito na hora. Quarto extremamente silencioso, cama queen confortável com 2 opções de travesseiros: macio ou firme. Banheiro limpo com ducha deliciosa e quentinha. Mesa para trabalho. Faltou local/bancada para colocar malas. Pequeno armário com espelho para pendurar roupas.

  Zeer teleurgesteld! Je mag toch wel meer verwachten voor 165 euro! Per nacht. De bedden zijn ontzettend hard/ kussens zijn hard. Geen airco op de kamer. Ik zal niet snel terug komen hier.
