  Sono davvero felice di aver mangiato in questo locale. Panini arrivati caldi ben conditi, personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Un grazie speciale per Simo che parla anche italiano benissimo!

  It was very busy and only 2 people were working there (1 cook and 1 cashier) , that’s why it was a big line and I had to wait for a pretty long time. Plus what I originally ordered through mobile app was discontinued and they could not make it anymore so I had to wait even more for a new one. Overall not pleasant experience. Would not go to this exact location again

  Burger King Luzern Bahnhof was a bit disappointing overall, especially given the location inside the busy station. Service was quite slow, and even though there were several vegetarian options on the menu, most of them felt very similar in taste and preparation. The falafel burger we were hoping to try wasn’t available, which was disappointing, and the salad we ordered didn’t meet expectations in terms of freshness or flavor. The only positive was that it’s convenient for a quick stop if you’re traveling through Lucerne station, but the experience itself didn’t feel great compared to other food options in Switzerland.

  A lot of different choices compared to country I come from. But the service here.. unfortunately the employee that gave me my order just threw my food on the tray while talking with her colleagues. She should just put it down in my opinion. This gives me the impression that I am bothering her. I hope management reads this and not to make life difficult for this female employee but only to instruct her that we are paying customers and a certain degree of courtesy should be normal in this industry

  Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Erstens sind sie zu Faul, dass Essen am Tisch zu bringen. Zweitens fehlte 2 Burger in der Bestellung. Diese haben wir nicht bekommen. Kids box war nicht bei der Bestellung, genauso wir das Spielzeug. Nie wieder werden wir hier Essen gehen. Schade das man als Luzerner nicht in eigene Stadt im BK gehen kann. Sehr unfreundlich
