- LMLindita M.K.Mar 26, 20265.0Wir sind seit unserem Zuzug in die Schweiz bei Dr. Bornhöft und seinem Team sicher sehr gut aufgehoben. Als Kinderarzt ist er sehr fachkundig, geduldig und weiß auch mit seinen kleinen Patienten zu kommunizieren. Hier schätzen wir seine Empathie, die er uns entgegenbringt. Selbst wenn ich etwas nachfrage wird geduldig geantwortet, nachgefragt und weiter geholfen. Des Weiteren ist der freundliche Empfang der MPAs genauso wichtig für uns und da ergänzt Frau Mustafi das Team sehr gut. Abschließend möchten wir uns bedanken und wünschen Dr. Bornhöft und seinem Team alles Gute.

- AAAdilMar 6, 20261.0Man wird nicht ernst genommen. Auch der Bericht vom Kinderspital Luzern wo steht das Ultraschall durchzuführen durch Kinderarzt oder bei Bedarf in das Spital zuweisen, wird nicht ernst genommen. „Wir haben die Geräte nicht, melden Sie sich beim Kinderspital“. Nach mehreren Tagen und Telefonaten, bin ich persöhnlich hingegangen und dann hat es aufeinmal innerhalb Minuten funktioniert mit dem Zustellen des Berichtes an das Spital, so das ich von denen einen Termin für mein Kind bekomme. Jeder macht einen Fehler oder übersieht etwas und das ist auch kein Problem und menschlich. Aber für dumm verkauft zu werden und dann probieren den Fehler an andere zu zuschieben ist eine absolute Frechheit!
