Wir tragen die Verantwortung für eine professionelle und wertschätzende Pflege und Betreuung, welche sich an den Bedürfnissen und der Biographie der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner orientiert. Es ist uns ein Anliegen, den BewohnerInnen auch in Krisensituationen beizustehen und sie bis zuletzt begleiten.
Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, setzen wir uns ständig mit den aktuellen Pflege- und Betreuungstheorien, Konzepten und Modellen auseinander und bilden uns entsprechend weiter.
