  Fuyez. Nous avons loué un véhicule 3 jours avec une restitution à 5h du matin dans une boîte à clés. La voiture était rayée et le contrat de location en pièce jointe mentionnait ces rayures. Malgres cela on nous demande 1200 euros de réparations pour des rayures qui apparaissaient déjà au contrat et pour lesquelles nous ne sommes pas responsable. Aucuns contacts. Des heures de courriers et mail, avec des menaces de saisir sur les comptes bancaires. Les avis de cette agence regorgent d'avis comme le mien. Faites vous votre opinion, lisez bien tous les commentaires. Un conseil fuyez ou soyez sur vos gardes.

  Aracı kendi web sitesinden kiraladık. Bu sayede ekstra ödemeler ve sigorta bilgileri ile ilgili önceden bilgi sahibi olduk. Uygulama üzerinden ehliyet kaydı ve check in işlemini de kolayca yapmıştık. Bu nedenle teslim işlemi çok kısa sürdü. Biz biraz erken vardık, ancak hazır olan aynı segment bir aracı bizim de onayımızı sorarak teslim aldık. Hatta teslim alırken diğer araç da hazır olduğu bilgisi de verildi. Teslim alma oldukça hızlı ve pratik oldu. Seyahatimiz güzergahı ile ilgili ek bilgiler verildi. Yakıt ücretleri özellikle İsviçre bölgesinde çok pahalı, o yüzden eksik yakıtı firmanın tamamlaması daha uyguna geliyor. Eğer mümkünse boşa yakın bir depoyla teslim ederseniz, dışarıdan daha uygun fiyatla tamamlama seçeneği var. Aracı yine rahat şekilde teslim ettik. Ancak araçta sonradan ufak bir çizik olduğu bilgisi fotoğraf ile iletildi. Sigorta kapsamında hızlı şekilde karşılandı. Başlangıçta alınan kaporadan hem aracın yakıt ücreti hem de otoyol v.b. ücretler alındı. Genel olarak oldukça başarılıydı.

  Outstanding car rental experience from start to finish! Renting with Sixt was one of the easiest and most stress-free parts of our trip. The entire booking process was completed online in advance and was incredibly simple, intuitive, and well organized. All information was clearly explained, making it easy to choose the right options and arrive fully prepared. Upon arrival, the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming. The pickup process was efficient, and we were on the road in no time. The vehicle we received was immaculate—spotlessly clean, in perfect condition, and exactly as described. What impressed us most was how seamless the whole experience felt. There were no surprises, no hidden complications, and everything was handled with transparency and professionalism. This gave us complete peace of mind throughout our journey. Returning the vehicle was just as easy and straightforward as collecting it. The entire process reflected a company that truly values customer service and pays attention to every detail. After this excellent experience, Sixt will definitely be one of the first companies I look for when renting a car for future trips. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliability, quality vehicles, and outstanding customer service. Thank you to the Sixt team for helping make our Swiss adventure even more enjoyable!

  This was my second rental experience in Switzerland, and I have also rented cars from Sixt many times in different countries. Until this experience, I had always been satisfied with their service. That is why I chose Sixt again, even though the rental cost was higher than other companies. I was willing to pay more because I trusted the quality and reliability of the brand. Unfortunately, this rental experience was very disappointing. For Rental Agreement No. 9610803512, a damage claim was attributed to us, although I am certain that the alleged damage was not caused by me. A very similar situation also happened to my friend, who rented a car at the same time under Rental Agreement No. 9610803425. Even parts of my friend’s vehicle that were hardly used were later shown as damaged. The alleged damages on both vehicles were not inspected on-site together with us, and no clear explanation was provided at the time of return. In addition, the damage photos that we uploaded to the system during pickup are apparently not visible in their system, which is very concerning. One of the main reasons we preferred Sixt was to avoid exactly these kinds of disputes and uncertainties. Sadly, this experience has seriously damaged our trust in the company and will definitely affect our future rental decisions. Moreover, when we returned the vehicle, the staff who received the keys were unprofessional and dismissive, which made the situation even more disappointing. I hope this matter will be reviewed carefully and fairly, because this experience does not reflect the level of service and trust that I had previously associated with Sixt.

  I am loyal Sixt customer and always try to rent from them whenever I can, especially due to the customer experience, and how clean and new their cars are. Having said that, I had booked a Honda CRV or Similar SUV for pickup from Basel airport (Swiss side) and I arrived 20mins early, and apparently the SUV was not returned by the previous rented and there was no other suv available either. The only option was bmw 5 series touring, which is clearly an amazing car, but still not an SUV. Having to fit a baby seat and 2 adults in the back was a pain, and the Swiss trip was a struggle for the rear passengers. The car was amazing to drive, had heaps of features, but I was forced to pay an extra 100chf for the upgrade. Overall 3/5 due to this predicament and the staff at the desk tried her best to bring down the cost of the upgrade, which was not an upgrade in terms of comfort.
