  An enormous "thank you" to Hakim, Esma, and literally everyone else who works at this pharmacy for their kindness and professionalism. Despite of all the stress and pressure working in a pharmacy involves (including at times rude, inconsiderate or impatient clients), they maintain their smile, their professionalism and willingness to help. The world needs more people like the staff of this pharmacy.

  Very disappointing experience. Over a short period, this pharmacy made five separate errors, including dispensing the wrong strength of a controlled medication, misplacing the associated controlled-substance prescription form, confusing antibiotics intended for different conditions, and other administrative mistakes. This occurred despite paying for a medication validation check. The repeated errors have seriously undermined my confidence in their procedures and attention to detail. I have since transferred my prescriptions to an independent pharmacy.

  Bonjour …j’ai toujours été bien accueillie au Sunstore des Cygnes… Mais je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier Margot Da Silva & également Grégory Basting qui par leurs professionnalismes, leurs écoutes ont su avec tant de patience répondre à toutes mes questions, m’apporter l’aide désirée…. Quelle satisfaction de rencontrer de tels professionnels! La gentillesse, l’efficacité, tout y était! Encore merciiiii NM

  Ne pas être pressé. Commande d un médicament sur ordonnance, 6 jours après pas de nouvelles.
