  DO NOT rent from SIXT at Geneva Airport. This was easily the worst rental car experience we have ever had. They are now trying to charge us for damage that WE DID NOT DO. We returned the car without causing any damage, and somehow they are now claiming we are responsible for it. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, every single employee we dealt with was extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like we were bothering them just by asking for help. Not one person, literally everyone we dealt with. If you rent here, take photos and videos of EVERY SINGLE INCH of the car before you leave and again when you return it. Every wheel, bumper, door, windshield, everything. Do not assume their inspection process is going to protect you. Trying to charge us for damage we did not cause, combined with some of the rudest customer service we have ever experienced, made this an absolute nightmare. There are plenty of other rental companies at Geneva Airport. Choose literally anyone else. We will NEVER rent from SIXT again.

  Never trust this company! The staff lies to trusting customers. They charged me €300 because an employee lied about a fuel sensor issue. The car was given to me with a low fuel level, and even though I returned it with the exact same amount of fuel, they stole my entire deposit. This is disgraceful behavior for a major corporation. They lie to customers just to take their money. I have already filed a formal complaint, but customer service has been completely useless and offered no help.

  The service these guys provide is just incredible. We were stuck in Geneva airport with two kids because of the other renting agency and the sales agent (Zaki) in Sixt went above and beyond to help us get a car and child seats in the middle of the night. Sixt won a customer for a lifetime, the experience was smooth, we got a brand new car, the return was flawless. I will not risk again renting with other agencies, Sixt is a headache free solution that just works.

  Son unos ladrones, no suelo hacer este tipo de reseñas pero en este caso es inevitable, pago con mi American express la reserva, como saben que incluye seguro a todo riesgo se inventan un cargo de 1500 euros por un arañazo en el capó, entrego el coche el día 22 de marzo y me envían unas fotos del 4 de Abril diciendo que había sido yo, no volveré a alquilar nunca más aquí
