  Tonhom: you are amazing! This is the only massage place in Geneva where I really get a deep strong massage when I ask for one. The others are all too soft. It’s not a luxurious or sophisticated place, but when you get a great massage and service, the ambience and interiors are no longer something to focus on. + They start with the massage on spot. As soon as I was ready, Tonhom started the massage. + She did everything from A to Z. Even the head and ears. Didn’t miss one spot. + Perfect mix between massage, stretching, and joint cracking. + Tonhom gave us extra time + I had a duo massage with a friend. When she saw at the end my back getting cracked, Tonhom offered to do it for her which my friend liked and appreciated (my friend had booked foot massage). + Served tea after our session Surely coming back!

  This is big place with four massage mats. Hence, you can have friends come by and get a massage at the same time. It is clean and has a good ambiance. The massages though are quite "deep" (or painful) depending with your pain threshold. A full-body one-hour massage is the normal Geneva price. However, I can ONLY recommend this place if you are up to a little more pain to allow the masseuse to get real deep. Also, be sure to book by phone and not on the website.

  I had THE MOST UNPLEASANT experience in Sawatdee (Rue des Délices 5). I planned an appointment for 5pm here by phone well ahead of the date. I showed up right on time as I also had to organize babysitting for the same time in advance. I was welcomed very strangely as the man and two women were looking at each other and making signs and there was one more client sitting and waiting. Then I was accompanied by a woman to the room to get ready, she asked me which massage I want and went away. Then she came back and said that her boss doesn’t want her to take me as he doesn’t have my appointment in the agenda and she asked me to go clarify with him (she was not Asian). Then I went back to talk to him asking what the problem was and they all looked confused, another woman started to call to another location and speak the language I don’t understand with them, I was just sitting and waiting - no excuse, nothing! Then they told me that they don’t have my appointment in their agenda. Then already at 17:20 another client showed up and they took those two men instead of me offering me to wait till they are done with them! I explained I am not able to wait as I have to go back to my daughter, they started calling to another place and offering me to go there but by the time I would come there it would be too late anyway as I had to go back, I asked them to reimburse my money as they did a mistake and I don’t have lots of free time to come to someone who doesn’t manage agenda carefully enough, they didn’t say a word of excuse for their mistake and the fact they let other customer in instead who was 20 Minutes late! Instead the man said that I am not cooperative because I am not agreeing to wait or to go to another place or come another day (oh really???) and that he will not reimburse me the money I paid as it’s my problem and started to “wave me out” with his hands saying “go away” while opening the door at the same time! This is so extremely rude! I got really disappointed to say the least! (and yes he was saying so many unpleasant words to me as I was leaving that I even had to say “idiot” while leaving which never happened to me before!) I never had such an unprofessional rude service in any country in my life! Everyone can do a mistake but the way they “managed” it was absolutely inappropriate. I hope that nobody will experience the same “service” as me and will go to another place instead as there are so many great ones in Geneva with real Thai specialists and extremely pleasant service!
