    We had Sunday brunch today, and everything was fantastic. The floor staff was excellent, and the food was amazing. A special thank you to Sara, who looked after our table. She was professional, attentive, and provided exceptional service throughout our visit. We will definitely come back soon. Thank you for your warm smile and outstanding hospitality!

    Stay: 30th May to 10th June 2026 These are my personal views/observations I wish to highlight and commend the following staff: Reception: Eze: for the smooth check in upon arrival and ensuring that we were all settled as soon as possible. Concierge: Yann and Michelle: the two of them are exceptional in handling our multiple unforeseen issues, be it my delayed luggage or our extraordinary situations. They were always composed and reassuring. They managed to get us emergency assistance for whatever we required on a Sunday in Switzerland, which is incredible. Brother Yann, you saved me multiple times this stay, you are the best concierge I know! Woods Restaurant: Victoria: I don't know how she does it but she remembers everyone. even if I am only there once a year! Sarah: she is THE BEST. She remembers my standard order and can even predict that I’m not gonna have my usual order. This is magic. Manager: my fellow One Piece Zoro fan, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, but thanks for making sure our lunch meeting went well and your exceptional service, always noticing when I needed help! Meetings: Yann: thank you for ensuring that our breakfast meetings went well! The recovery was perfect. I appreciated you and your team’s hardwork! In all, it was an incredible stay for me due to the exceptional service provided by the team at InterContinental Geneve by IHG I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Geneva for the first time especially for a business related purpose.

    Our stay at the InterContinental was marvelous. We appreciated the location as well as the comfort of the facility. However, by far, the highlight of our stay was being greeted by Sarah in the dining room each morning. Her bright smile started our day off perfectly and she went above and beyond while conversing and answering our many questions. She is a dynamo, always being there when needed, always with a smile and kind word. She is a tremendous asset to the hotel!

    My stay at the InterContinental Geneva was truly exceptional, and I would like to extend my special thanks to Victoria. Victoria embodies everything one would hope to find in a hospitality professional. Her warmth, elegance, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made every breakfast experience unforgettable. She has an extraordinary ability to anticipate guests’ needs, offer thoughtful recommendations, and ensure that every detail is handled with excellence. In my opinion, she is the perfect person for such an important role within a luxury hotel. The breakfast and dining experience is often one of the highlights of a guest’s stay, and Victoria elevates it to the highest standard through her dedication, knowledge, and outstanding interpersonal skills. Beyond her professionalism, she is simply a wonderful person—kind, approachable, attentive, and always welcoming. She creates an atmosphere where guests feel valued and genuinely cared for. I would also like to compliment the entire team. The service was impeccable, and it was clear to see a positive, supportive, and professional working environment among all colleagues. Their teamwork and enthusiasm contributed greatly to the exceptional experience. The breakfast itself was spectacular, with outstanding quality, variety, and presentation. Every morning was a pleasure. Thank you, Victoria, and thank you to the entire InterContinental Geneva team for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to returning.

    Let me start with, we have traveled around the World and have stayed at many hotels ranging from 3 to 5 stars including Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, The W, Pebble Beach, Blackberry Farm, Hyatt's, Hilton's Marriott's and Hampton Inn's. Upon driving into the driveway of the hotel, we did not feel it was that of a 5* property. Lobby was beautiful and modern and staff is exceptionally friendly, HOWEVER, the rooms are NOT 5* standard. Furniture is dated, bed is super hard, linen is not fine thread, drapery is dingy, wallpaper is peeling, AC does not go below 23 C, bathrooms need updating including the toilets, and there just is no warmth or luxuriousness to the room. It is not comfortable and honestly, it felt like the room was decorated with IKEA furniture. Again, service is great, on point and friendly, but we're looking for physical comfort in our room from a 5* hotel especially traveling so far from home and on vacation. Also, we were just settling into our room when there was a knock on our door. Before we had the chance to get there, a man opened the door with his key! Sure, we appreciated the fruits and cookies, but it was NOT okay to come in abruptly! Hopefully, this review will provide guidance on choosing this hotel against other 5* hotels in Geneva. Disappointed in this Intercontinental hotel.
