  We stayed one night after flying into Geneva airport. The shuttle bus runs from the 'hotel transfer' area outside the main airport exit, but is only a 8 seat minibus so you may not get a seat. I didn't get a seat so ran from the airport, which is only 1.3km away, but required a bit of a negotiation with a carpark and the main roads, but is quite doable. The Aircon worked very well in the rooms and the amenities were all working well. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English and many other languages. A good option if you need a brief stop after or before flying from Geneva airport.

  J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel cet été. J'ai dû faire plusieurs remarques. L'hôtel est situé à côté de l'aéroport et de l'autoroute A1, dans une petite zone industrielle. L'hôtel n'est pas jeune et le nettoyage est à revoir. Le lit est très bruyant et le parking est payant.

  Für Genf ein preiswertes Hotel mit optimaler Anbindung für einen Städtetrip. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Straßenbahn) ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, das Hotel bietet einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz (CHF 20) in der Tiefgarage. Trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Flughafen war es sehr ruhig- vom Fluglärm haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Das Hotel ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen einfachen Aufenthalt benötigt; die Betten waren gut zum Schlafen. Der ChekIn verlief zügig und schnell; das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und stellte uns für Genf ein Ticket für die kostenfreie Nutzung von Bus & Tram (Geneva Transport Card) aus. Das Frühstück war lecker und bot von allem etwas; einzig in den Morgenstunden kann es durchaus etwas voller werden; wir haben gleich um 06.30 Uhr gefrühstückt und hatten damit noch die Ruhe. Fazit: optimaler Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetrip; das Cern liegt ebenfalls in der Nähe, dass man mit der Tram erreichen kann.

  Un disguido iniziale, non si trovava la doppia prenotazione, poi a furia di insistere e mostrare le conferme il concierge ha scoperto che erano state fatte con il nome e non il cognome...bah! Al di là di questo è una catena che usiamo di frequente in giro per l'Europa per la sua semplicità ed affidabilità. Camera anche più ampia del solito, ma bagno con una doccia con gradino, d'altri tempi, e tenda. Per il resto colazione abbondante a buffet, con buona scelta e qualità. Ad una quindicina di minuti dai parcheggi del centro città, pensavo fosse più fastidioso il rumore essendo vicino all'aeroporto ma non abbiam avuto alcun problema.

  On a rainy night, I arrived at the hotel with my family carrying a confirmed reservation and proof of payment, only to be denied entry because I had mistakenly failed to mention that I was traveling with a child when making the booking. I can understand policies and procedures, but what I cannot understand is the complete lack of flexibility and empathy—especially when a guest is standing outside in the rain with his family, with less than ten hours remaining before his next flight. Has indifference become an acceptable excuse? Has rigid adherence to procedures become more important than basic human consideration? This was not merely a booking issue; it was an experience that left a deeply negative impression on my family, and that is a red line for me. I held this brand in high regard, but this experience has fundamentally changed my perception. This is not about me personally; it is about how guests and families are treated during exceptional circumstances. It is unfortunate that this will be the lasting memory I take away, and one that I feel compelled to share transparently so that others do not have to endure the same experience.
