  Our brief stay at the Crown Plaza Geneva Airport was terrific. Reception was helpful and got our family out of a big jam due to travel disruptions. I also need to give a special mention to Gabriel and Flavian, who made my visit to the restaurant and bar extremely special as I watched the World Cup match. Rooms were spectacular, food and beverage was perfect, and the hospitality can’t be beat.

  Dear Crowne Plaza Geneva Team, For many years, whenever I traveled to Geneva, I usually stayed at InterContinental Geneva due to its proximity to WIPO and the familiarity and comfort that come from returning to the same hotel over time. However, during this visit, due to the exceptionally busy period surrounding the G7 Summit and other major international events, I had the opportunity to stay at Crowne Plaza Geneva for the first time in several years. I am genuinely grateful that I did. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism, warmth, kindness, and dedication demonstrated by your team. What could have been just another business trip became a remarkably comfortable and memorable experience because of the people who work at your hotel. I was WIPO International Jury member, I frequently participated in meetings and events at WIPO. As an IHG Ambassador member, I have also had the privilege of staying at many excellent hotels around the world. Yet, during this particularly demanding business trip, I felt compelled to write this message of appreciation—something I rarely do. I would like to express my special thanks to ●FRANDY, whose thoughtful attention, kindness, and personalized care made a meaningful difference throughout my stay. His professionalism and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction exemplify the very best of hospitality. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to ●GABRIEL. His warm voice, calm presence, and attentive coordination created an atmosphere that was both welcoming and reassuring, even during one of the busiest periods of the year. Having stayed in countless hotels across many countries throughout years of international business travel, it is rare for me to take the time to write a personal note of appreciation. The fact that I am doing so reflects the exceptional hospitality, genuine care, and outstanding service I experienced at Crowne Plaza Geneva Hotel. Another memorable highlight was the FIFA World Cup 2026 atmosphere throughout the hotel. The specially designed World Cup 2026 T-shirts worn by the staff brought energy, enthusiasm, and a festive spirit that enhanced the guest experience and created a unique sense of celebration. What impressed me even more was witnessing the team maintain such a high standard of service during the G7 Summit period. While the hotel was operating under considerable pressure and serving an exceptionally high volume of guests, every interaction remained professional, efficient, warm, and attentive. This stay reminded me that even within the same IHG family, exceptional people are what truly distinguish a hotel. Crowne Plaza Geneva exceeded my expectations in every way. To me, a truly outstanding hotel is not defined solely by its facilities or location, but by its people. This stay reminded me that genuine hospitality is about making guests feel recognized, valued, and sincerely cared for. Your team accomplished exactly that. Thank you once again to FRANDY, GABRIEL, and the entire Crowne Plaza Geneva team for your outstanding hospitality. You transformed a demanding business trip into a warm, comfortable, and memorable experience.   On a vécu un séjour très fluide au Crowne Plaza Geneva. La chambre était impeccable, confortable, avec une vraie attention portée aux détails. Le service a été professionnel, chaleureux, toujours disponible sans être intrusif. L’emplacement est idéal pour un séjour à Genève : proche de l’aéroport et des transports, tout en restant calme et agréable pour se reposer. Ils offrent même une navette pour l'aéroport! L’ensemble donne une expérience cohérente, fiable, exactement ce qu’on attend d’un hôtel de cette catégorie. Une adresse que l’on retient facilement pour un prochain passage à Genève.

  I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Maryam for her exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. She was always helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her positive attitude and dedication truly made a difference.   Le véritable atout de l’hôtel est sans conteste son restaurant Le Seventy5, et c'est avant tout grâce à son personnel. Si le menu propose des plats aux saveurs des différentes régions du monde, c'est l'accueil qui fait toute la différence pour nous faire passer un super moment, car nous avons rarement été aussi bien reçus. Un immense merci à Laura, Laetitia et Yves pour leur attention et serviabilité durant notre séjour. Merci et à bientôt !
