  Moving to Switzerland as an expat can be overwhelming, and I was completely lost at first. Luciano was an absolute lifesaver! He is highly professional, answered all of my questions, and managed my entire tax declaration with great care and transparency. I truly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable expert!

  I would like to clarify the firm’s response to our previous review. From the outset (November), we clearly stated that we are expats with a non-trivial case and repeatedly asked for a specific indication of scope, fees and timing. No tailored estimate was provided. We were instead asked to extend our filing deadline due to their workload, which we agreed to. All documentation was uploaded at the end of January and the start of work was confirmed. This was followed by three weeks of silence. We were then told the case was in the “final stage” and would be completed “in next weeks time,” without a concrete date. Shortly thereafter, the fee was revised to more than twice the standard rate. The complexity of the case was not newly discovered — it had been disclosed from the beginning. What changed late in the process was the pricing. When we asked either to reconsider the fee or to include a consultation session within it, the engagement was terminated, leaving us to find a new advisor close to the deadline. In our view, pricing transparency and clear timeline management are essential in a professional advisory relationship. Unfortunately, this was not our experience.

  Very unhappy with how TAXConsulting managed the relationship: - avoided every request to clarify on pricing apart from providing the site link - not answering phone (at all), not ready to meet (ever) - kept silence for 3 weeks, then bluntly asked for 325% of the standard rate close to the deadline and refused from providing rationale / any discussion Upd: the reply from the company is not true. Were absolutely transparent with the No of accounts (which was the only complication) and shared the while package of documents right away.

  I've worked with Luciano and his team, specially Luigi, for years and they are simply the best. They are very proactive and make everything so easy. They are super professional, always quick to respond to my questions, and you can tell they really care about their clients. Highly recommended if you want a team that’s actually on top of things!
