Eine unglaublich-schöne Veränderung der inneren Räumlichkeiten! Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und es herrscht eine angenehme wohlige Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich bezüglich der Speisen von dem Team überraschen lassen und habe schlichtweg gebeten, etwas glutenfreies zu bekommen, da ich eine Allergie auf Gluten habe und zudem sehr gerne vegetarisch speise. Die Herausforderung stellte sich als "Kinderspiel" dar :). Die Küche zauberte uns ein tolles Menü zusammen beginnend mit den selbstgemachten Gyoza (Teig&Füllung!) über die Cabbage Roll, Fried Papaya und abschliessend ein Teriyaki mit Tofu und ein Pad Thai Wrap. Es war ein eine Gaumenfreude, köstlich, leicht und mit viel Liebe und Können zubereitet. Was mir besonders gut gefiel, ist, dass das Team voll und ganz hinter ihrem interessanten Konzept steht und mit unglaublichem Enthusiasmus und Herz ihre Gäste betreut. Erwähnenswert sind ebenso die fairen und eher tieferen Preise (vlg. Basel & Umgebung). Nebst dem das Nua mit regionalen und saisonalen Produkten arbeitet, was ich als Gast sehr schätze. Ein grosses Kompliment und Dankeschön an das ganze Team für ihr wertvolles Tun. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und kann es wärmstens empfehlen!
