I had been a customer of fit4school for several years, but unfortunately my experience ended very negatively. In previous years, lessons were paused over the summer and we would agree a new timetable once my son’s school schedule was known. This year, however, lessons were apparently restarted and billed without a new schedule being agreed with me. When I questioned the invoice, I was told that the arrangement continued automatically and that I was still financially responsible because I had not formally cancelled according to their terms. I asked them to show me when and how I had accepted these specific continuation and notice conditions. What disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled after being a long-term customer. Instead of trying to understand the history of the arrangement and resolve what may have been a communication issue, I felt I was simply being told to pay for lessons my son would not attend. I would not use fit4school again and would advise parents to make sure they receive all continuation, cancellation and notice conditions clearly in writing before starting.
