- YLYuanYuan LuSep 14, 20261.0Totally unorganized. Many times we got to the school but the tutor did not show up. And after we mutually agreed to terminate the contract early, I kept receiving the bills. I raised the concern multiple times and they said they would take care of it but the invoice kept coming and now I even have bailiff letter and court order. I am furious. No one ever picked up the phone in their office. With emails, they replied as they like and when they like. DO NOT COME TO THIS SCHOOL, it is not just a waste of your money, the stress to work around their organisation and fight them is just not worth it.
