- RRRainer RitzelFeb 25, 20265.0Mein „ Hauszahnarzt“ hatte Ferien , weshalb ich in der Dentavista Praxis in Reinach wegen eines plötzlich aufgetretenen Zahnproblems telefonisch um einen Termin gebeten hatte. Schon die Dame am Telefon war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit und verschaffte mir in sehr kurzer Zeit einen Termin. Genau die gleich gute Erfahrung durfte ich am Tag der Termingebung am Empfang der Praxis machen , wiederum sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Dental Assistentinnen. Und auch die Zahnärztin , Frau Lomma, erwies sich als unkomplizierte, sehr professionelle und kompetente Fachärztin indem sie mir zwei Varianten zur Lösung meines Zahnproblem aufzählte. Und, nachdem ich mich für eine Variante entschieden hatte, sie dieses Problem in kürzester Zeit sehr professionell gelöst hat. Herausheben möchte ich , dass die Stimmung die ganze Zeit über fröhlich und humorvoll war, was mir als Patient sehr gefallen hat. So war dies (obwohl ja vermutlich niemand wirklich gerne zum Zahnarzt/in geht)eine rundum gute Erfahrung!

I needed some urgent filling after cracking a tooth of mine and had the pleasure of being treated by Ms. Villani, whom I’ve had before as well. Today was especially a busy day but despite the tight schedule she took her time in looking after my issue with care and skill.
