  This place was recommended to me by a Swiss artist for the repair of a damaged artwork. I agreed to have the piece picked up from my home after being informed that transportation would cost around 300 CHF. I accepted, and the artwork was collected. After more than two weeks of unanswered emails, I finally received a quote that was about 40 percent higher than what the artist and I had estimated, including transportation costs that had suddenly increased to 1,500 CHF. I called to clarify and explained that I was not sure how the insurance would handle such a high transport fee, but that I was willing to proceed as long as they also completed the hanging. The person on the phone said he understood and would speak to Moritz. Instead, I received a rude email from Moritz instructing me not to call again and stating that the 1,500 CHF charge was their fixed cost regardless of the earlier 300 CHF quote. Shortly afterward, they wrote that they no longer wished to take on the work and asked where the piece should be delivered back. The communication that followed, including messages from the owner Philipp Mohler, was unprofessional and dismissive. I have informed the artist who recommended them to be cautious and not to refer this company to anyone else due to their rude behavior and unreasonable pricing. I am happy to take the work back and bring it to a company that values its clients. This was not a matter of 500 CHF but an invoice of nearly 5,000 CHF, which they handled with no professionalism or care for a client.

  Perfekte, wertvolle, professionelle Assistenz und hervorragende Serviceleistung. Dazu kommt noch, dass alle sehr kompetent und sehr freundlich sind. Sehr empfehlenswert. Auf jeden Fall immer wieder !
