- SWSalomé WiedmerAug 24, 20251.0Meiner Meinung nach ist der Kundenservice unglaublich! Die Art und Weise wie Briefe verfasst werden ist unterirdisch, unfreundlich und schon fast frech. NIch fine nur weil man der einzige Anbieter ist und/ oder die Firma nicht ausgetauscht werden kann, dürfte dennoch ein minimum an freundlicher Umgangssprache benutzt werden.
