Fernando Soares (Restaurant Führer/Service) wurde am 14. Juli 1964 in Braga (Portugal) geboren und kam im Jahr 1988 mit seiner Frau Rosa Maria in die Schweiz. Fernando arbeitete 10 Jahre lang im Restaurant Accademia als Serviceangestellter, anschliessend im Restaurant Metropole und ab 1999 im Restaurant Dolce Vita. Da arbeitete Fernando 10 Jahre lang im Service. Im Jahre 2009 beschloss Fernando sich selbstständig zu machen und eröffnete das Restaurant Rondell.
