Hôtel avec self check-in qui fût un problème dans notre cas. Arrivée à l'hôtel la chambre qui nous été attribuée fût occupée !!! Heureusement on a pu joindre par téléphone Ramona.
Elle nous relogé ailleurs certes avec quelques désagréments.
Le matin on a du repartir au Derby hôtel pour le petit déjeuner qui était très bon.
On nous a remboursé notre paiement chose très apprécié et professionnelle.
Le souci serait dû a une famille qui à prolongé son séjour et qui se serait trompé de numéro de chambre.

Super hôtel, très propre, literie très bonne, bon petit déjeuner. Self Check-in très pratique, vous pouvez arriver à n’importe quelle heure, plutôt cool pour les dernières minutes.

We spent 5 nights at this hotel while exploring all the attractions around Interlaken and the Alps. We enjoyed our interactions with Romona and the two ladies who serviced the complimentary breakfast. The hotel location was excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to the train station for up the mountain exploring. The room was comfortable but could use some basic art work to make them more interesting and the pillows were poor. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The small restaurant next door is excellent. The lack of front desk staffing could be troubling if you have any service issues but worked fine for us.
PS-the cat, Daisy, is a joy and very sweet. Any reviewer that says otherwise is just wrong.
It was a horrible stay.. It was very weird to check-in. It kept asking us to pay even though we had already paid online. They gave us a tiny single room and a double room, even though we have booked two double rooms. And they charged us the same for a horrible tiny single room with one breakfast, as a double room for two with two breakfasts, only because they had no more double rooms available. It was booking fault maybe, but it made our stay very unpleasant. We hated the sink in the room, it felt like a prison cell. The hotel had no soul, no charm, everything felt so bland, cold, soulless. And the price was expensive for a hotel like that. Honestly w would not recommend it, and we would not stay here in the future, we would book a regular hotel with warm client service , and human contact.
They even lied on their very unprofessional reply on booking stating that i still don't understand that booking a single room does not entitle me to have a free upgrade to a double room, which was never the case, i booked and paid the exact same amount for two exact double rooms, they did not have any availble so they just changed it. we never needed any free service or upgrade from you, but you sure needed to scam your clients. How little and disgusting of you!
