  Unprofessional staff error & terrible customer service The staff handed me the wrong item when I was purchasing at the store. When I discovered the mistake the next day and requested a return, I was already out of Interlaken. Their response was simply, "Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it. That is simply why you received these products at this price," and then they completely ignored me. Even after I offered to return the item to another store location in a different city, they refused to reply. Extremely irresponsible—they refuse to take accountability for their own mistake! 我买东西的时候这个店的店员给了我错误的商品，第二天我发现了要求退货，但我人已经不在因特拉肯了，他们回复说“Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it. That is simply why you received these products at this price.”然后就再也不回复了，我提出可以到其他城市的这家门店退货，他们也不回复，非常不负责任，不愿意为自己的错误买单。
