  the lady working there is incredibly rude. my mother picked up a hand cream tester when the lady started shouting at us not to use too much before my mother even opened it. she took a small amount to try on her hands when the lady stormed over and snatched it, complaining about my mother touching it with her “unsanitary” fingers (the hand cream was visibly dirty beforehand, so i don’t know why she was complaining about the hygiene). i then heard her complaining about us to a different, german-speaking customer, not knowing that my asian mother and i are swiss citizens and fluently speak the language. i guarantee if we looked more european or if she knew we spoke swiss german, she wouldn’t have been so aggressive. they seemed to have a nice selection of teas and other products, a shame that the staff’s outburst put us off and made us leave immediately. 100% do not recommend, the audacity to act like this in a very touristy area is insane. P.S. wenn mer kei uusländer gseh will, dene schafft mer doch im hoflade im appenzell oder so.. verstah gar ned, was die im tourismus hotspot vo grindelwald macht..
