- Im Jahr 1947 gründete Herr Charles Mühlematter die gleichnamige Firma Mühlematter mit Sitz an der Spitalstrasse 25 in Biel.
- Im Jahr 1969 Gründung einer Aktiengesellschaft durch den Sohn Herr Pierre Mühlematter. Inhaber des Unternehmens bis 2001.
- Umzug der Firma Mühlematter SA von der Spitalstrasse 25 an die Alexander-Moserstrasse 76 und später an die Alexander-Moserstrasse 72 in Biel.
- Im Jahr 2001 zog sich Herr Pierre Mühlematter aus dem Geschäft zurück und übergab dieses den neuen Inhabern Herr Dominique Vuillemin und Herr Andreas Blatter.
- Im Mai 2008 zogen die neuen Inhaber von der Alexander-Moserstrasse 72 an den Zionsweg 36, wo sich heute der neue Geschäftssitz befindet.

- MQMaximiliano QuiñonesSep 14, 20221.0Diese Firma mit super arrogant mitarbeiter kommen bei mir zu Hause und machen sie mein Licht kaputt. Dann sagen sie das ist korrekt so. Aber Licht geht nicht mehr. Bleib Kabel so hangen und sagen das jetzt muss ich selber en Elektriker anrufen… vorher war ok. Lassen sie diese Leute nicht rein in seinen Haus.
