  Warum ich nur 2 Sternen gebe, ist weil ein funktionierender Schüssel einfach entsorgt wurde ohne meine Zustimmung. Schlussendlich hat man hier Eigentum von mir entsorgt. Ja er hatte einen Riss im Gehäuse aber funktionierte einwandfrei. Ausserdem haben sie alles, zwar gratis geputzt beim Service, aber der Kofferraum wurde vergessen.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this garage. Two weeks ago, my car wouldn't start because of a battery problem. I called this garage and explained that it was an emergency. Within 20 minutes, one of their employees arrived. He connected a battery booster and tried to start the car, but it didn't work. He then told me that the car had to be towed to the garage for CHF 250. I said I would leave the car where it was and contact my insurance company the next morning. Instead of respecting my decision, he insisted that I pay CHF 150 for his visit and inspection. I told him I didn't have any cash, but he said I could pay by TWINT. It was almost 11:00 p.m., and I didn't want to argue, so I ended up paying him CHF 50. The next day, my insurance company arranged roadside assistance. To my surprise, they sent a mechanic from the same garage. Unfortunately, the experience was even worse. Instead of focusing on the battery problem, he handled my car carelessly, adjusted the steering wheel unnecessarily, went through my dashboard, and moved my documents around. After a few minutes, he simply said he couldn't start the car and left. Shortly afterward, my friend came with jumper cables, connected his car to mine, and my car started immediately. It was only a flat battery. Because of the unprofessional service from this garage, I wasted two days and experienced unnecessary stress. I hope the owner reads this review. Please make sure your roadside assistance is carried out by qualified, responsible professionals. The way your employees treated this situation was disappointing and has seriously damaged my confidence in your business. If this level of service continues, it will eventually affect your reputation.
