Endergebnis: Klimaanlage läuft durchgehend auf höchster Stufe und kann nicht mehr reguliert oder ausgeschaltet werden und das in Zeiten der Energiekrise und erhöhten Stromkosten. Nach mehrmaligen Telefonaten / Mails unsererseits und der Verwaltung haben wir aktuell fast 4 Wochen später, immernoch keinen Rückruf/ Rückmeldung und Reaktion von Firma Stoffel & Herr Stoffel ihren Schaden zu beheben oder einen weitere Firma zur Reparatur der Elektronik aufzubieten. Wir hätten uns einen kundenfreundlicheren, umsichtigen und professionellen Umgang gewünscht.
