  Über das Wochenende haben ich und mein Mann die Stadt Bern besichtigt. Wir haben das Holiday Inn gebucht weil wir nicht direkt in der Stadt sein wollten. Eine perfekte Entscheidung. Mit der Nutzung der kostenlosen ÖV haben wir die Besichtigung noch viel mehr genossen da wir auch die Aussenquartiere von Bern gesehen haben. Den Direktzugang zum Shopping Westside und der vergünstigte Eintritt ins Bernaqua mit SPA war als Abendprogramm super. Das Personal war von der Begrüssung über das Leckere Abendessen bis hin zum Auschecken sehr freundlich und Bemüht. Die offene Küche hat uns gefallen, man konnte den Köchen zuschauen welche mit voller Freude ihrer Arbeit nachgingen. Ein Schlummertrunk an der Bar mit LIVE Fussball hat dann alles noch abgerundet. Alles in Allem ein gelungenes Wochenende und wir kommen gerne wieder. Ich werde es auch Beruflich ins Auge fassen, habe gesehen das Sie tolle Meetingangebote haben!

  Personale gentilissimo,si ubica a ridosso di un centro commerciale con vari negozi in più un parco acquatico con piscine daune e scivoli,ottimo posto per le giornate calde o piovose.

  Ich war bereits mehrmals Gast und jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten jeweils ein Package mit Frühstück, Bern-Tickets für den ÖV, Nachtessen, Kinogutscheinen sowie Eintritt ins Bernaqua. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Alles war sehr unkompliziert und hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut angemessen und fair. Das Servicepersonal war stets sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die immer tollen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalte.

  An excellent hotel in Bern, particularly for business travelers and those looking for convenient access to both the city and surrounding destinations. The hotel is very well connected, with direct access to the rail station, and guests receive the Bern Ticket, which provides easy access to Bern's excellent public transportation network of buses and trams. The rooms are comfortable, well appointed, and maintained to a high standard. The breakfast offers a good variety of options and is an excellent way to start the day. One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its direct indoor connection to the Westside Shopping Centre, one of the largest shopping and leisure complexes in the region. Guests have easy access to major stores such as Migros, Decathlon, and H&M, along with restaurants, entertainment facilities, and a large water park. The hotel is also within walking distance of Bern Brünnen Westside railway station, offering convenient connections to Bern city center and Zurich. What stood out most was the exceptional service. The front desk staff were extremely cordial and provided detailed information on transportation options, local attractions, and sightseeing opportunities in Bern. The restaurant team was equally attentive and kindly accommodated my dietary requirements with special meal arrangements. A convenient location, excellent facilities, seamless access to shopping and transport, and genuinely helpful staff make Holiday Inn Bern - Westside a highly recommended choice for both business and leisure travelers.

  Ich war als Kunden in Bern bei Holiday Inn gelegen zu finden, und es gab einige Probleme. Die Zimmer waren im Allgemeinen sauber, aber das Bett hatte Lücken, die mir unangenehm vorkamen. Auch der Parkplatz lag nicht weit entfernt vom Hotelzugang, was ich schätze. Das Personal war freundlich
