  Why does this even exist?! There is no one here, no one can help here or through the phone. This has been my obpy bad experience with Sixt, gives the company a very bad image.

  I need help urgently. I rented a car in Munich with delivery at Bern Airport in Switzerland. When I went to return it at the airport agency, where it was described in my reservation as a return point, I waited for hours for the arrival of someone from the sixth team at the Sixt service desk. Until 5 p.m. no one had arrived, so I continued with the return the way I was instructed, as an "easy" return. Leaving the key in the sixt box marked on the counter (I have a video of it) and parking the car next to the sixt parking spaces, because the sixt parking spaces were full. Unfortunately, I have been receiving emails charging for the car return. I have photos and videos to prove where I parked, the state of the vehicle, full tank. I sent emails and still haven't received a response. I need my contract to be finalized and the return validated, please. This situation is making me very upset because these billing emails don't make sense. I was today, 06/14, at the sixt agency in Gare de Lyon Paris and got your email for contact. Please help me.

  I had an issue with Validating the license ID through the app and the website as well, called many times trying to get a support but no help. Also, there is no one at the branch to assist. So if you don’t validate before you arrive don’t come it is a waste of time and money.

  I ordered the car and paid for it, but after waiting three hours I didn't receive it because the car keys weren't put in the key collection box. No assistance, no support. A terrible and shameful service.
