Man wurde ständig in einem unangenehmen Ton zurechtgewiesen und mit Handbewegungen weggeschickt. Fragen wurden genervt und völlig unmotiviert beantwortet. Schade, denn ein freundlicher und respektvoller Umgang sollte selbstverständlich sein. Schlimmste Erfahrung. Unglaublich ..

Fragen wurden genervt beantwortet, man wurde ständig herumkommandiert und teilweise mit Handbewegungen weggeschickt, als würde man stören. Aussagen wie „mach schneller“ oder „steh einfach dort“ wurden ebenfalls in einem unangenehmen Ton gesagt. Leider hatte man nicht das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein oder ernst genommen zu werden. Natürlich kann es in einer Praxis stressig sein, trotzdem sollte ein respektvoller Umgang selbstverständlich sein. Ich wünsche niemand diese Erfahrung die ich in dieser Praxis machen musste.
